Although, I reckon at least 60% of people in Australia are NOT struggling: they are the public servants, politicians, and big businesses whose lives are NOT being destroyed through lockdowns!
Loss of self-confidence disempowers you and kills your hope for the future. That loss of hope leads to hopelessness. That is one of the worst spaces to be in. It's a lousy way to live.
