Living with useless fears is like having an anchor out on your boat while you are trying to sail.
Or, it's like swimming in the ocean and dragging a bucket behind you, which I've done in training which is a very hard way to swim.
Or, it's like running a marathon with a backpack full of bricks. I have run nine marathons, but NEVER with a backpack!
That's what dragging these useless fears around is like.
