Each one of us attaches different meanings to any given event. It's quite remarkable.
That meaning is what each one of us calls reality, but it actually isn't.
When you embrace this idea, you can change your experience of your life.
You will have less fear.
You will be willing to explore new possibilities for yourself, to allow new possibilities for yourself.
And, when someone says to you "be realistic", your response can be significantly different to what it is now.
